Distorted Reflection

No one wants to sit around and wait for a time that won’t come

Will you open your eyes and see nothings gonna change that way

Reflecting every moment of the day

Anticipate the words that I say

Will you open your mind and speak, reaching out to find your way

Inner Vision

He sits in silence, he walks alone

Guided by a friend from the Spirit World

He sees through the illusion of your security

Prison gates revered as safe and clean

Time, speeding blind, connections there just slow down and listen

Signs, symbols, dreams… all that whispers to you

And after all he walks away from here

Where is the path to purity?

No, he will not fall, he will escape from here

Not to return until the stars align

Visions, a common tongue, high Universal speech

Sees all the magic the blind still have to seek

He sits in silence, he walks alone

With all Creation he calls home

Time, speeding blind, connections there just slow down and listen

Signs, symbols, dreams… all that whispers to you

And after all he walks away from here

Where is the path to purity?

No, he will not fall, he will escape from here

Not to return until the stars align

Sometimes you have to be alone to tap into forgotten song

Instructions lay scattered all around, arrange the words and sing along

Signs, symbols, dreams…Inner Vision speaks to you

And after all he walks away from here

Where is the path to purity?

No, he will not fall, he will escape from here

Not to return until the stars align

If everyone could just escape from here

One day return and build paradise

Palaver

Returning to my eyes and mind starts to wake

Shelter warm and dry, embers nurse a single burning flame

A thrush bids farewell to the night above the crashing shoreline

I feel I’m finally at home

She lay on boughs of Fir, daughter of all Earth

Breathing soft and low, embrace a comfort incomparable

Arise in audience, the coming light, the giver of all life

Sacred herbs scent the air, feel alive in Nature’s lair

Never wait too long

It’s written in the sky at dawn

Golden rays like flames blazing across the sky

Never wait too long

Council with the rising star

Universe in motion right before my eyes

Slow your hurried plight let Creation show you the light

Set aside construct of time

Time is only our demise

There is only day and night

There’s no time just fleeting life

There’s no time just fleeting life

The moment holds a sacred light

Before deaths eternal night

In rapture sing a song for life

Prophecy of the Red Skies

Silent cityscapes like tombstones

Sleeping monumental final grave

Pungent, corpses strewn like litter

Howling of broken glass and steel in the sky

The ending arrived masked by chaos

Logic reversed in confusion

Wipeout, exterminate contagions

Expelling choking ourselves from the Earth, a wrath divine

A time forewarned, the nightmare comes

Red skies scorch and scold

The night explodes like the fires of Hell

Red skies torch the world

Survivor; crawl back to wilderness

Hunter;  regenerate, rebuild, restart

Protector; last of our kind

Save us, decimation comes without warning

A time forewarned, the nightmare comes

Red skies scorch and scold

The night explodes like the fires of Hell

Red skies torch the world

Fallen from Heaven like angel from the stars

Guardian and deliverer of fate

It’s beautiful light slams into the ground

Cleanser of diseased human race

When life reclaims, climbs through remains

It starts over again

Stalking Wolf

Stalking behind the lines of wilderness. What threatens this holy refuge?

Consuming land. Encroaching filthy hands.

What will the children learn when Eden is gone?

Destroy one world to start another, goal of a man set to conquer

Desert to jungle to mountain snow. Sixty years by foot alone

Seek the last tribes, share the last times

Maybe the last ones of our kind

Removed from Nature –  you become softer

Harshest landscapes I find comfort

I gave my life to the stone for days in the caves so cold

I gave my life to the water, sacrificed my soul

This lonely journey, mission of tragedy

I’ve lost my people for the Grand Vision

Still they conquer, destroy and kill

What purpose fights the Great Mystery’s will?

Steadfast atop the plateau’s edge, lightning flashes through the night

Is my worth the Creator’s word? Arms stretched to the sky

Steadfast atop the plateau’s edge, sun rays burst through with light

Is my work the Creator’s word? The man cried to the sky

Inside the sublime temples of life, eyes reflect Creation’s mind, timeless journey in purity

Shelter, water , fire provides. This world and your world don’t have to collide

Plant your feet in the ground and you may grow to the sky

You seek machines, technology. My tools simply surround me

One day, I pray, we marry our strengths

And so, not in vain, suffering death and pain

Our separate lands, our different ways

You march fast to the future, but something’s missing

Your society will look back to me

And so we sing, and so it shall begin

I pray that you can see, you fulfilled your destiny

The pendulum swings, we thirst for the ancient ways

The time will surely come, we look to you and what you’ve done

You merged two worlds together as one

And so we sing, and so we must prevail

Deep in the dark is the guiding light

A common thread binds mankind

Embers ignite, light our return

To Earth, the garden of the wild

The Scout

Mud mottled char and ash, camouflaging scent and mask

Invisible, equipped with secrets lost long ago

Acquainted with plant and tree and their offerings

I track you like a beast

Oh break the leash from society

And we follow on by your dream

The past that holds the key

The future that I can see

What once was shall be

One with a wilder force and deeper views peripheral

No longer live like an alien of my own world

Ecliptic arc, the North Star, I know the night sky in the day

Oh break the leash, docile and weak

And we follow on by your dream

The past that holds the key

The future that I can see

What once was shall be

Denounce reliance to this sedentary chain

Awareness, survival, new doorway to set me free

Tracking The Great Spirit

Fly my machine under the canopy

Far from humanity

Where I am free, timeless reality

Back to purity

Do you know why you’ve been lost from the source?

Deciduous and evergreen

Some for tools, some healing tea

Rivers wide, waters cold and clean

Sunlit and sparkling

Do you know why you’ve been lost?

And she calls to you when your dormant mind is buried in sand

Can you feel the Spirit calling you on the wind, the breath of the land?

I know I’ve been gone, feels like eternity

Living a cloudy dream, gray and half asleep

My roots are withering, senses atrophy

It’s when your touch is strong, feel you beckoning

Recognize track and sign, fauna identified

Far from scavenging

Osprey and eagles fly, stars in the billions bright

Back to the harmony

And she calls to you when your dormant mind is buried in sand

Can you feel the Spirit calling you on the wind, the breath of the land?

And she calls to you when your arid mind is drowning in madness

Can you feel the Spirit calling you on the wind, the breath of the land?
